After working with three different Sheridan Realtors I was finally fortunate enough to find one that was willing to work for me. Stephanie was the only Realtor who stuck with me and called me when new listings came out, other realtors would wait for me to find a home and call them for a showing, but not Stephanie she would call me every time. If not for her hard work and understanding of what I was looking for I would still be searching for the perfect home. Stephanie truly understands what finding the perfect home means. When buying or selling a home with Home Realty it is more like dealing with friends and family than a sales person looking for a commission. I found that I was always informed and knew what was going on at all times. I never felt less important than another client. The needs of my two boys and I came first and we never looked at a home that wasn’t right for us. I’m sure I would not have gotten this service and attention to detail with another real estate agent in town. You know there’s something different when you walk through the door, from the respect, greeting, and service you get from Chasity, to the unbelievable service you get from Stephanie. Stephanie has worked very hard for several years to find “my house”. I wanted newer construction, a wall for my bull elk mount, and a forever-to-be-unobstructed view of the Big Horns. We saw a lot of homes that had two out of three, and I even made half hearted offers on a couple of them. Then this one came up and that was that! And when I told her that she must be happy to finally get rewarded for all that effort, do you know what she said? “Gee Jim, I’m kind of sorry I won’t be looking for you anymore.
